The Easiest Chocolate Fudge Recipe

published by sienna1 on May 18, 2009

Delicious, rich chocolate fudge that you can change to suit your desires.

Here it is. a chocolate fudge that you can whip up in minutes and impress everyone who knows you.

Ingredients

  • I packet of Nestle milk cooking melts – if you use Cadbury’s it does not set hard enough.
  • ½ pack of home brand dark choc chips – I have tried other brands, but when I use this one it sets the best.
  • 2 tbs peanut butter
  • 1 tbs margarine
  • 1 tin sweetened condensed milk

Method

  1. Chuck it all in a microwave bowl and melt – I usually put it in for 90 seconds stir and then for another 30.  Once it is all melted put it in a Tupperware container to set in fridge – I line it with glad wrap so it is easier to get out.
  2. You don’t have to use peanut butter, you can use all white chocolate and add macadamia nuts – sometimes I have added crushed up picnic bars you can really put in whatever you like.

Another good way is to put sultanas in .. the kids go crazy for it.
