Yema with a Twist

Tired of the classic Yema? Why not try a new twist?
Ingredients:
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1/3 cup white sugar
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/3 cup rice crisps (pinipig)
Method:
- Melt butter in a pan. Add the condensed milk, sugar, flour, and rice crisps. Boil under medium heat for 10-15 minutes while stirring constantly.
- Let it cool. Wrap in colored cellophane.
For a Twist:
You can use any fruit you want: jackfruit, mango, strawberry.

Yema is a milk candy in the Philippines. Not only children love this but even the old ones. If you want to sell it, it sells like hot cakes. It’s good that you share it with others. Good job, Miss Tarra!
