Almond Marzipan Balls
Delicious and easy to make.
Yield: 36- 40 balls
Ingredients:

1 cup ground almonds

1 cup powdered sugar

4 tablespoons agave syrup
- 1 tablespoon of rose water

colored decorates

Preparation:
In a large bowl, mix the ground almonds and the powdered sugar.
Add the agave syrup and the rose water and mix well.
If the mixture is still dry add another tablespoon of syrup.
Roll the dough into small balls.
Rollin colored decorates.
Keep in an air-tight container.
