Ampalaya Salad

How to make simplest delicious healthy ampalaya salad.

Ingredients:

½ kg  ampalaya

¼ cup raisins

½ cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon pickle relishh

¼ cup condensed milk

¼ kg carrots

1 teaspoon chili

Procedure:

Chop thinly ampalaya and  carrots. Add raisins, mayonnaise, pickle relish and condensed milk. To make the taste slightly spicy, add chopped chili. Mix well together and refrigerate for 45 minutes.

Best served with Orange juice
