Apricot Sticks

Healthy, quick and easy appetizer.

  • 1 lb. washed and dried apricots
  • 1 whole peeled orange
  • juice of half an orange
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 pound chopped pecans
  1. Grind apricots and orange(peeled orange and juice) in a food processor or a blender
  2. Cook over low heat until it thickens in heavy sauce pan then add sugar
  3. Cool and add chopped pecans
  4. Drop small amounts of mixture to powdered sugar and roll to desired size

*makes 80

    I don’t think 80 will be enough.
