Apricot Sticks

Healthy, quick and easy appetizer.
- 1 lb. washed and dried apricots
- 1 whole peeled orange
- juice of half an orange
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 pound chopped pecans
- Grind apricots and orange(peeled orange and juice) in a food processor or a blender
- Cook over low heat until it thickens in heavy sauce pan then add sugar
- Cool and add chopped pecans
- Drop small amounts of mixture to powdered sugar and roll to desired size
