Berry Banana Smoothie
This article list the ingredients for making a healthy smoothie.
Materials needed:
1 Blender
Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries (fresh/frozen)
1 Banana
1/2 cup of vanilla yogurt or individual yogurt cup
1/3 cup of orange juice (if desired)
Ice
Directions:
1) Pour berries into the blender (as desired)
2) Break bananas into pieces as they are placed into the blender
3) Pour in vanilla yogurt cup/1/2 cup of yogurt
4) Add three or four cubes of ice
5)Blend the ingredients
6) Enjoy
* For a delicious sorbet, add frozen yogurt instead
