Berry Smoothie

This is a fruit smoothie, which is so fast and easy to prepare and your kids absolutely love it.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
  • 3 tablespoons half-and-half ice cubes
  • 1 cup fresh straw berry
  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen blue berry
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen rasp berry

Method:

  1. First of all, take a ripe banana cut into chunks,
  2. Then in a blender combine all ingredients,
  3. Cover and process for 30-45 seconds or until smooth
  4. Pour into chilled glasses
  5. Then serve immediately

    I’ve done something similar, but I actually put the banana in the freezer for a day first.
