Berry Smoothie
This is a fruit smoothie, which is so fast and easy to prepare and your kids absolutely love it.
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
- 3 tablespoons half-and-half ice cubes
- 1 cup fresh straw berry
- 1 medium ripe banana
- ½ cup fresh or frozen blue berry
- ½ cup fresh or frozen rasp berry
Method:
- First of all, take a ripe banana cut into chunks,
- Then in a blender combine all ingredients,
- Cover and process for 30-45 seconds or until smooth
- Pour into chilled glasses
- Then serve immediately

I’ve done something similar, but I actually put the banana in the freezer for a day first.
