Blueberry Smoothie: Diet Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup skim or lowfat (1%) milk
- 1/2 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt (or your choice of flavor)
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 banana, ripe
Method
- Mix ingredients and blend in blender until smooth and creamy.
- Refrigerate until served.
- Makes 4 (6oz) Servings.
