Blueberry Smoothie: Diet Recipe

Learn the recipe to a totally delicious smoothie that you can make at home! This smoothie is completely healthy and meant for people on a diet, but you can enjoy it whether on a diet or not.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup skim or lowfat (1%) milk
  • 1/2 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt (or your choice of flavor)
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 banana, ripe

Method

  1. Mix ingredients and blend in blender until smooth and creamy.
  2. Refrigerate until served.
  3. Makes 4 (6oz) Servings.
