My Grandmother’s Brandy Balls recipe.

1 Packet of Tennis Biscuits

60ml brandy or ½ teaspoon brandy essence

½ cup cocoa

1 cup icing sugar

185g butter (melted)

7-8 cubes of baking chocolate (melted in microwave 3-4 minutes at 70% power)

Dash of cream

1.                              Crumb the biscuits finely with a rolling pin

2.                              Mix in cocoa, icing sugar

3.                              Mix melted butter and melted chocolate

4.                              Add chocolate mixture to biscuit mixture.

5.                              Roll mixture into little balls (walnut size) and place in fridge to set

6.                              Melt 15 chocolate cubes in microwave and cover balls with melted mixture

These would make delicious gifts. I had a coworker who made something similar, but she used bourbon.
