Brewed Coffees: Spiced Coffee, Coffee On The Rocks, Cafe Au Sorbet

The more meticulous coffee lovers prefer brewed coffee with its stronger, richer flavor like spiced coffee, coffee on the rocks and cafe au sorbet.

In this age of computers, the fastest way to serve coffee is, do it the instant way, but the more meticulous ones prefer brewed coffee with its stronger, richer flavor.

You can try the following creamy brews :

SPICED COFFEE

Ingredients:

3 ¼ cups hot Nescafe Decaf

2 cinnamon sticks

4 cloves

½ cup Nestle Cream

cracked ice

Procedure:

Pour the hot coffee over the spices and let stand for one hour.  Strain the coffee and pour over cream with cracked ice in glass.  Serve sugar separately.

 

COFFEE ON THE ROCKS

Ingredients:

1 cup hot Nescafe Decaf

1 ½ cups Nestle Hot coco with milk

¼ cup brandy

1 tbsp. sugar

½ cup Nestle Cream

Procedure:

Combine cocoa, Nescafe Decaf and brandy.  Stir in sugar.  Serve in heated mugs.  Top with Nestle Cream.

CAFÉ AU SORBET

Ingredients:

1 pint cold Nescafe Decaf

1 pint vanilla or chocolate ice cream

1 tbsp. angostura bitters

Procedure:

Beat all ingredients until you have a light well-mixed drink.  Serve in cold glasses.
