Chocolate Frosting Recipe

You will need:
1) 2 ½ sticks of softened unsalted butter
2) 1 cup of confectioner sugar
3) ¾ cup of cocoa
4) 8 ounces of chocolate
5) Salt
6) ¾ cup honey
7) 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Put 8 ounces of your favourite chocolate over a double-boiler at low heat
Stir occasionally until smooth and then set aside to cool
In a food processor add:
1) 2 ½ sticks of softened unsalted butter
2) 1 cup of confectioner sugar
3) ¾ cup of cocoa
4) a pinch of salt
Process until smooth (about 30 seconds)
Scrape down the sides of the bowl
Then add:
1) ¾ cup honey
2) 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Process until just combined (about 5-10 seconds)
Scrape down the bowl once again
Then add:
1) the melted chocolate- it should be about 85-100 degrees
Pulse until creamy and smooth (should take 10-15 seconds)
Transfer to a bowl
