1 cups sugar

2 cups water

1/6 cup lemon juice

4 cups apple juice

Method:

Blend the cloves, cinnamon sticks and ginger pieces in a bag. In a saucepan, heat the water, sugar and spice bag until sugar is thoroughly dissolved. Heat on a low simmer for another 15 to 20 minutes. Remove spice bag.
