Christmas Punch & Berry Smoothies

Try these refreshing non-alcoholic drinks and don’t forget to leave a glass of each for Santa Claus.

Christmas Punch

5 cups x lemonade

6 cups x cranberry juice

6 cups x red grapefruit juice

2 Pink Lady apples, sliced

2 Granny Smith apples, sliced

1 cup x strawberries, halved

¾ cup x raspberries

2 peaches cut into wedges

1 lime, sliced

Put all your ingredients in a big punch bowl or jug with ice.  Mix to combine.

Berry Smoothies

2 cups x butter milk

1 cup x plain milk

1 cup x strawberries, chopped

4 scoops x ice cream

Blend all the ingredients until smooth.  Serve immediately.

Makes 2

    You know that really looks good, particularly the Christmas Punch as I’m into cosuming healthy drinks, especially after running. I like the way you present these recipes – short, sweet and orderly.
