Christmas Recipe : Double Chocolate Mousse
Double Chocolate Mousse For six Persons.

Preparation time: 30 min
Cooking time: 15 min
Resting time: 3 hours
Ingredients
150 g milk chocolate
100 g dark chocolate
1 egg (large)
1 egg yolk
2 v. tablespoons icing sugar
4 cl Whiskey
2 v. Coffee grated orange rind
400 g cream
For the decoration: cocoa powder + chocolate chips
Preparation
for Double Chocolate Mousse
Break chocolate into pieces and let it melt in a bain marie. Beat the egg yolk with sugar in a bowl ice water bath until the consistency of thick cream. Add the melted chocolate and mix.Add the whiskey and orange zest and let cool slightly. Climb the cream and mix gently with the chilled cream.
Put the cream in glasses, allow to cool for about 3 hours. Sprinkle with cocoa + chocolate chips
