Champagne Punch

A bubbly, fruity punch that’s perfect to sip while ringing in the New Year!

1 75 cl bottle dry white wine
150 ml peach nectar
15 ml lemon juice
100 ml brandy
1 75 cl bottle Champagne
3-4 peaches, stoned and sliced

Makes 20-24 glasses

Put white wine, peach nectar, lemon juice and brandy into a bowl and mix well. Chill in refrigerator for one hour. Just before serving, pour on the champagne and garnish with peach slices.
