Cocktails are great for any party, BBQ, or just chilling at home after a long day.

There really is a cocktail for every situation and every pallet, from the knockout heavy hitters such as the Texas Tea and Long Island Ice Tea to classics such as James Bonds favourite the Vodka Martini.

There is also a great selection of none alcoholic cocktails for the none drinkers and kids to enjoy.

The aim of this article is simple, to share cocktail recipes with as many people as possible.  I will be adding to the content on a regular basis, so make sure you check back to see the new arrivals.

The Art of Mixing the Perfect Cocktail

In order to mix the perfect cocktail you will need to use premium spirits and mixers, along with fresh fruit juices.  Cocktails are just like any food recipe, the better quality ingredients you use the better the cocktail will taste.

Equipment wise, for most cocktails you will just need a measuring glass, measuring spoons and something to mix it all together with.  Some cocktails require the use of a cocktails shaker and strainer, these can be purchased from most supermarkets for a very reasonable price.

My Cocktail Recipes

Below are the links to all the cocktails recipes I have published so far, I will be adding to this list on a regular basis so make sure you pop back from time to time to see what has been added.  I have based the recipes below on the spirit brands I personally use, but please do feel free to use the brands you prefer.

The newest additions to my cocktail recipe collection, Beachcomber, Black Russian, Cape Codder, Bourbon Highball, Bronx, Caipirinha, Classic Chimayo, my scrumpy twist Chimayo, Corpse Reviver and a B-52 Shooter.
