How to Make a Cosmopolitan in Five Easy Steps

The Cosmopolitan was made popular by the T.V. show Sex in the City. As a bartender I make at least five cosmos a night. Here is the easiest way to make this great tasting drink at home.
Ingredients
- A glass for mixing (martini shaker works best but you could use any glass.)
- Ice
- A Bottle of Citron (Citrus Flavored Vodka)
- Lime Juice (Roses Lime Juice works best)
- A bottle of Triple Sec (inexpensive, find it at any liquor store.)
- Cranberry Juice
- 1 Lime
Method
Step 1. Fill your mixing glass with ice. The ice should come all the way up to
The top of the glass.
Step 2. Pour in 2 oz. or 8 counts of citron vodka, 1 oz or 3 counts of triple sec
And 1 oz. or 3 counts of lime juice.
Step 3. Add a splash of cranberry juice. This is just for color, a lot of people
Make the mistake of adding too much cranberry juice and the flavor
of the drink is lost.
Step 4. Stir or shake vigorously. The drink should be a light pink flavor when
mixed.
Step 5. Strain into a martini glass and serve with a wedge of lime.
