Learn how to be a bartender and make an Italian Apple Martini from home.

The traditional apple martini is a highly popular, incredibly sweet, neon green drink garnished with a cherry.  It is typically considered a “chick drink” but men love the apple martini as well.  The popularity of the traditional apple martini has spawned numerous variations.  One popular variation includes the Italian Apple Martini. The Italian Apple Martini was created in New York City by Robert E. Wilkes.  It has become incredibly popular in Las Vegas, the Bahamas, Queensland, and Miami.

Combine the following ingredients in a martini shaker with ice.

  • 3/4 oz Amaretto Di Saronno® liqueur
  • 1 1/2 oz DeKuyper® Sour Apple Pucker schnapps
  • 3/4 oz Stoli® Vanilla vodka
  • 1 splash Rose’s® lime juice
  • 1 splash cranberry juice

Chill a martini glass.

Shake the martini shaker until tin is cold to the touch and then strain into the chilled martini glass.

Garnish with a twist or slice of lime and serve.
