How to Make Lemonchello

A guide to making lemonchello at home.

Ingredients

  • · 8 lemons
  • · 1 liter of etílic alcohol
  • · 1 liter of mineral water
  • · 600 grams of sugar

Soak the rinds in the alcohol for a week. Dissolve the sugar in the water (lukewarm) and add the alcohol (without the rinds). Let it get cold and put it into the refrigerator. Wait a week until you drink it.

    Nice Tip, But I Think that it may be better if you use vodka, 1l of etic alcohol its way too much.
