Irish Coffee

This is a showy drink created based on a mixture that gives a peculiar taste and exquisite. There are many stories about its origin but what if it is accurate is that the “Irish Coffee”.

Ireland surge in the mid-twentieth century and made famous in the Shannon International Airport.

Ingredients

  • Whisky
  • Cafe
  • Cream or Cream Milk

Method

First, it casts a bit of sugar to whiskey and heated to boiling point to make it more dense and prevent them from being mixed with coffee, then makes a double cafe. It is usually served in a cup for “Irish Coffee” about cups that are high and transparent fills 1 / 3 cup of whiskey with more prepared for this dense, then you have to serve the cafe gradually preventing them from being mix and finally it adds cream or cream. Try also in glasses shots, so you’ll have your shots, “Irish Coffee”.
