Make Chocolate Liquor at Home

Easy guide to make chocolate liquor at home.

Ingredients:

  • 100 gr. Of cacao kernels
  • 1 lt. Of vodka
  • 800 gr. Of sugar
  • 1 lt. Of water
  • 50 cc. Of milk

Method:

Mix the cacao kernels with vodka and deposit it in a closed recipient for 2 weeks. Prepare a syrup with warm water and sugar, let it get cold and mix with the kernels, vodka and milk. Let it rest for 2 weeks, moving it everyday. Filter it and it is ready to drink!
