Montezuma Jerky

A full flavored recipe for making home made jerky.

1 cup of Soy Sauce

3/4 cup of Tequila

1/2 cup of Lime Juice

Plenty of fresh ground pepper.

Use your favorite jerky meat, thin slices work best. Pour a bit of the mixture in a flat container like a cake pan, lay

out a layer of meat, grind pepper over the meat. Cover meat with a little more of the mixture.  Keep repeating the proces until you have used all the mixture.  Then dry the meat in a dehydrator according to directions.
