Quick and Easy Milk Shake

As a mother of three small children, I like quick and easy recipes. And most all kids love milk shakes.

In a blender, combine the following ingredients:

3 ice cubes

1/2 cup milk

3 packets of sugar (Sweet ‘N Low or Equal can be used)

1 tsp. vanilla extract

Chop for 2 minutes.  Then run at high spped until ice is broken down.  Some blenders you actually have to keep pushing the button to chop, but on mine, I put it on high and select the chop button.  The milk shake is then ready in 2 minutes.
