Rum Punch

This tasty concoction will have you feeling festive in no time!

1 75cl bottle of dark rum
Juice of 2 oranges
Juice of 1 lemon
8 oz can pineapple cubes, with juice
100 ml orange wine
1 orange, thinly sliced
1 lemon
12 cloves
4 tbls sugar
1.5 liter soda water
Cracked ice

Makes 16 drinks

Mix rum, orange juice, lemon juice, pineapple, orange wine, sliced orange and the lemon tuck with the cloves. Stir in the sugar and leave to infuse for two hours. Stir in soda water before serving. Pour over cracked ice in tumblers.
