Three Delicious Perfect for Summer Frozen Cocktails
No matter if they are enjoyed on a warm evening or as a dessert, these delicious frozen cocktails are the perfect addition to summer.
The Pin-Ana Colada:
In a blender add
- 1 ½ ounces rum (spiced is best)
- 1 ½ ounces coconut rum
- 6 ounces Pineapple juice
- 1 large Banana chopped
- 2 ounces heavy cream
- 1 ½ cups ice
Blend all ingredients except the cream until mixed. Then add cream and mix a few seconds longer. Serve in a tall chilled glass.
Frozen Peach Punch:
In a blender add
- 1 cup ice
- 1 ounce Vodka
- ½ tsp vanilla flavoring
- 1 ounce Cranberry juice
- 1-1 ½ cups of peeled and chopped fresh Peaches
- 1 tsp Grenadine (optional)
Blend until smooth and serve in a wine glass garnished with a sprig of fresh mint.
Frozen “Scarlet” Lemonade:
To a blender add
- 1 cup ice
- 1 ounce citrus Vodka
- 1 ounce Passion fruit liquor
- 4 ounces Lemonade concentrate (pink is best)
- 2 tsp Grenadine
Blend until smooth and serve in a Champagne flute.
