Cooked Carrots in a Couple of Minutes

I discovered a quick way to cook carrots when I needed to add a little bit more to a meal the other day.

Peel two or three carrots.

Grate them with the small grating edge or shredder.

Put them in a bowl suitable for microwave cooking.

Add two or three teaspoons of liquid, water or orange juice!

Optional knob of butter and seasoning.

Cook in the microwave on high for a few minutes until done to taste.

Simple effective and tasty.
