Doughnut Balls

2 cups multipurpose mix
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/3 cup milk
oil, for deep fat frying
In medium bowl combine mix, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and the nutmeg. Add eggs, milk and vanilla, stir until well blended. In fryer heat oil to 400 degrees. Drop batter by rounded tablespoonfuls into oil. Fry 3 minutes or until brown. Drain on paper towels. In small bag combine remaining 1 teaspoon cinnamon and remaining 3/4 cup sugar. Add hot doughnuts and shake until evenly coats. Makes 36.
