Fillets of Pike with Orange Polenta

Fillets of pike with orange polenta.

We need:
600 g fillets of pike
300 g polenta
0.5 liters orange juice
20 g of fresh herbs
20 g butter
50 g cream
10 g oil

Procedure:
Fillets with salt and pepper, bake for oil on each side 4-5 minutes. Orange juice to boiling, sprinkle the meat and pour polenta into the prepared dish and allowed to solidify. Then chop and polenta can be used.
