Fruit Blast Smoothie
A smoothie that I love to drink all the time.
Ingredients
- 1 whole ripe banana
- ½ of an orange
- 3 strawberries
- 1 cup of yogurt (any flavor of your choice)
- 1½ of Milk
- 3 handfuls of ice
- 1 or 2 pinches of sugar
Preparation
- Put all of these ingredients into a blender.
- Blend until all of the ice is crushed and all the ingredients are blended well.
- Then enjoy!
(The portions of ingredients can be changed for your pleasure.)

did you even try this recepie on your own. it tasted like some body’s poo who is currently on a fruit diet.
