Fruit Smoothie
Healthy drink. Recipe for healthy, nutritious drinks for all. Easy to make.
This is one of my favourite drink any time, especially when I need extra energy.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fruit pieces (strawberries, bananas, or other fresh fruit) – frozen fruit will make the smoothie thicker
- 1/2 cup of natural yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk (any type…i prefer low fat milk)
Method
Blend all the ingredients together and serve immediately. Pour in a tall glass and garnish with sprig of mint.
