Ginger’s taste is pungent and not changeable. Dried ginger is well known, but it differs from fresh. So it’s worth to have some fresh rootstock. Ginger rolled-up to paper kept in fridge will remain fresh for few months.

Healthful attributes

  • Tea of dried ginger helps when you are nauseous. Add a teaspoon of dried ginger’s powder to a cup, then fill it with hot water and then drink it.
  •  A tea of fresh ginger helps when have flu or cold, because it warms and it has anti-bacterium attribute. Here’s a recipe how to make it: [link]
  • Fresh ginger also has other healthful attributes. It stimulates digestive system, suppresses intestine’s throes, normalises blood pressure and fortifies immunity.
