This elegant, grown-up dessert is simple to prepare.

PREPARATION TIME: 5 MINUTES, PLUS 1  HOUR CHILLING COOKING TIME: 10 MINUTES SERVES 4

200ml (7fl oz) red grape juice

150ml (%pt) Muscat wine or other sweet dessert wine

800g (11b 12oz) red grapes

100g (4oz) half-fat creme fraiche

8 small biscotti, to serve

Pour the grape juice and half the Muscat wine into a small saucepan. Bring to the boil and simmer for 6 to 8 minutes until syrupy. Remove from the heat, add the remaining wine and chill for 1 hour.

2 Divide the grapes among 4 bowls and pour over the chilled syrup. Serve with a spoonful of chilled creme fraiche and some biscotti. Per serving: 370cals, 12g fat, 2.5g saturated fat, 40g carbohydrate
