Green Tea & Berries Smoothie !!

What a nice Berries Smoothie to add to your Raw Foods Diet! Green tea is source of antioxidants you know so, that Smoothie is Healthy for sure!!

Ingredients:

- 1 cup infused green tea, but cold
- 60g green or red grapes, washed, cut in half and without seeds
- 60g blackberries fresh or frozen
- 60g blueberries fresh or frozen
- 3 Tbs. fresh cut parsley
* optional apple juice, grape juice

Preparation:

1- Put first the green tea in the blender.
2- Add: grapes, blackberries, blueberries, parsley in the the blender and start on low speed.
3- When the mix is done you can drink this Smoothie like it.
* If you find it not enough sweet you can add some apple juice or grape juice !
