Here’s a mouth-watering entree that doesn’t require loads of time & effort. The savory ham slices are marinated in a molasses-spice sauce & then grilled to perfection!

Prep:  10 min. + marinating

Grill:  10 min.

1 1/2 c. orange juice

1/2 c. cider vinegar

1/4 c. packed brown sugar

1-2 tbsp. ground cloves

1 tbsp. molasses

2-3 tsp. ground mustard

2-3 tsp. ground ginger

3 bone-in fully cooked ham steaks (1 lb. ea. & 3/8″ thick)

In sm. bowl, combine 1st 7 ingredients.  Pour 1 1/2 c. into lg. resealable plastic bag; add ham steaks.  Seal bag & turn to coat; refrigerate 1-2 hrs.  Cover & refrigerate remaining marinade for basting.

Coat grill rack w/ nonstick cooking spray before starting grill.  Drain & discard marinade.  Grill ham steaks, covered, over med. heat 10-15 min. or til heated thru, basting frequently w/ reserved marinade.

Yield:  12 servings.
