Hangover Smoothie: Contains Vitamin C & Citrus Fruit
A refreshing way to wake you up if you had too much to drink the night before.
Drinking alcohol dehydrates the body so after a night on the tiles your mouth can feel drier than a desert.
So here’s a smoothie that can help hydrate the body, give you plenty of Vitamin C, and a bundle of much-needed energy.
Ingredients
- 2 handfuls of ice cubes
- half a pint of water
- 3 Oranges, peeled
- 1 Lemon, not peeled but end cut off and pips removed
- 1 Grapefruit
Mix / blend until smooth and drink until refreshed!

Wouldn’t call this a smoothie but it sounds great as a hot weather drink!
