Tropical Fruit Shake -1
Ingredients & Method:
4 fresh strawberries
1 cup of orange juice
1 cup of mango cleaned of seed and skin
1 large banana
1 TBS sweetener
½ tps lime juice
A little mint leaves chopped finely.
Place the combination of strawberries, mango and orange juice in a blender and frisk well for about 20 secs until smooth and flaky.
Add lime juice and mint and further blend for another 15 secs – you now have a refreshingly tall glass of brilliant juice for that afternoon quench.
Golden Papaya Juice – 2
Ingredients and method of preparation:
Cut and clean half a papaya, remove seeds and skin
1 large banana
1 cup of fresh pineapple juice
½ cup of orange juice
1 tps sweetener
2 tps lemon juice extract
¼ tps cinnamon –ground well
Place papaya, banana, pineapple juice and blender in processor for about 20 secs.
Add orange juice, lemon juice, sweetener and cinnamon – blend once again for about 25 secs.
Serves 2 large glasses – Enjoy chilled!
Pear and Melon combo Juice -3
Ingredients and Method of making:
1 cup of green pear juice
1 cup of cantaloupe cubes
½ tps fresh lime juice extract
½ cup of curd –yogurt
1 tbs honey
¼ tps all purpose spice
Combine the cubes of cantaloupe, pear juice, lime and yogurt in a blender and twist for a about 10 secs –until smooth.
Add your honey and spice to the blend blend for another 10 secs and serve chill in tall glasses.
