Drinking healthy drinks can produce healthy benefits to your body.

Are you the type of person who would prefer to drink a cup of water rather than soda? Or is it the other way around. In this short article I will explain some common factors to remember when you make that choice.

Of course drinking a cup of tea may bring to your mind it is natural and organic so it must be better than that carbonated soda you try staying away from. Some things people do not know, is scientific studies have been proven to show health benefits to the liver, cancer conditions, prevention of iron absorbtion, weight loss, lethargy, tumors and more.

While water being pure, soda has many additives that are unneeded in your body. The pH level of soda is the same as vinegar, soda increases the risk of obesity by 1.6, it can leach calcium from your body which is crucial for bone growth as a youth, and other unhealthy benefits soda may produce in your body.

If you do not have tea, and you do not want soda, consider putting that empty cup under your kitchens faucet – you may not regret it!
