Healthy Meal Replacement Shake

A tasty and healthy twist on a simple shake.

All You Need:

  • Blender or Mixer
  • Strainer (optional)
  • Measuring Cups
  • Spoon

Ingredients:

  • Vanilla Slim Fast Shake Powder (you can try Chocolate too)
  • Lemon Juice (optional)
  • Frozen Fruit, I used Frozen Mixed Berries for mine
  • Fresh Fruit (optional, I used strawberries to sweeten the smoothie naturally)
  • Sweetener (Depending on what frozen fruit you use, you may want to add sweetener)
  • 1% or Skim Milk
  1. First add 3/4 cup Frozen Fruit to the Blender.
  2. Add 1/2 teaspoon or 1/2 pack of sweetener to frozen fruit and toss carefully.
  3. Add 1/2 scoop of Slim Fast Powder with the scoop provided.
  4. Add 1/4 cup fresh fruit.
  5. Add approximately 2 tablespoons of lemon juice if desired.
  6. Add 3/4 cup of milk.
  7. Blend ingredients. Stopping to flip regularly so blender doesn’t jam. Add approximately 1 tablespoon of milk every 1 minute until desired thickness.
  8. If you do not want seeds in your shake, remove them by pushing your shake through a fine strainer into your glass.
  9. Serve.

And that’s it. Depending on the fruit you use, each shake is approximately 480 Calories. This makes 1 tall glass.

That sounds so delicious! :) How’s your diet? I think I will wait until the exams are over. Then I will start struggling during the holiday.
