Homemade Eggnog

Three delicious eggnog recipes for the holidays.

Eggnog #1

Ingredients

2 whole eggs, well beaten

1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

1 tsp. vanilla flavoring

1 qt. whole milk

nutmeg and cinnamon

1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped

Method

Combing the eggs, milk, vanilla and salt together. Fold in the whipping cream. Sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Eggnog #2

Ingredients

1/2 gal. whole milk

2 tbsp. vanilla flavoring

1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

5 whole eggs, well beaten

1/2 pt. cream

light corn syrup to taste

Method

Mix all the ingredients together with a mixer. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Eggnog # 3

Ingredients

1/3 c. honey

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

3/4 tsp. ginger

3/4 tsp. nutmeg

3 tsp. vanilla flavoring

6 c. whole milk

3 whole eggs, well beaten

1 pt. vanilla ice cream

Method

Mix all the ingredients together with a mixer. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

    Never realized Eggnog could be made so many different ways. I may just try one of them out this year. Thanks for sharing
