Homemade Juices: Tasty and Nutritious

Natural, nutritious, fruit juices can easily prepare in home.

Ingredients

  • Mango   -1kg.
  • Milk      -1/2 liter.
  • Sugar    -as needed.
  • Cardomom-4 no.
  • Cashew nut-5no.
  • Rose essence-3 drops.

Method

Squeeze the mango and take fresh pulp, mix it nicely with other ingredients using a mixer. Allow it to cool and serve.

Net amount -1Bottle.

Nutritional value -calorie-9%, Vitamin A-4%, Vitamin C-2.5%.
