First you have the select best quality wine grapes which simple to clean. Take and clean the glass bottle in which you are going to prepare wine and sterlize it with the hot water and sanitize it with the very little amount of preservative like sodium Benzoate and enough pure water. Very useful info about making home made wine. I would like to add a thing to two. To prevent formation of bacteria you must wash the utensils in formaldehyde first and then wash it clean with hot and clean water. You may use dry yeast and then add a drop of penicillin G. This would ensure that no bacteria is formed. It is advisable to keep wine while still being fermented in cold storage. The clean cloth to cover the utensil or the jar must have a hole to allow gas to escape. Nice write up, keep it up.
