Ingredients
- Banana
- Blender
- Sugar
- Milk
- Glass
- Spoon
Method
- First, begin by peeling the bananas and placing them into the blender
- Then pour milk into the blender as well and then start the blender and keep blending it until 30 seconds have passed
- The stop the blender and add some sugar to the banana milkshake and start mixing with a spoon
- Pour the scrumptious banana milkshake into a glass
- Enjoy! You will love it!

It would be handy to tell us how much of all these ingredients you need. You stated that this milkshake is healthy… Milk and sugar usually are not very healthy basises. Most people use ice-cream in their milkshakes instead of using milk and adding sugar. You don’t say anything about the temperature does it have to be served cold or is lukewarm fine?

Cold and just put in how much you find comfortable. half a spoon of sugar or no sugar would do just fine. thank you very much!!
