		<description>I love smoothies also and strawberry banana is one of my favourites.  Have you tried using frozen bananas?  If you cut up the banana into five or six small pieces and then freeze them you can make your smoothie creamy without even adding the yogurt.  And if you don&#039;t add any liquid, just the fruit itself it tastes almost like ice cream.  Super refreshing, low cal and healthy.</description>
