How to Serve Coffee and Liqueur

Brandied Coffee Cream Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup cold strong coffee
1 cup brandy
1 pint soft coffee ice cream
Mix the cold coffee and the brandy in the bowl of an electric mixer. Add the ice cream and beat this mixture briefly. The mixture should be cold and thick. Pour this mixture into tall chilled glasses. Serve this drink with straws.

Mocha Rum Chill Recipe
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups half and half or light cream
1 teaspoon instant coffee powder
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon rum
2 scoops soft chocolate ice cream
Grated nutmeg
Beat the cream, the coffee powder, the sugar and the rum in an electric mixer and then chill. Add the soft ice cream to this mixture and mix just until blended together. Pour this mixture into tall chilled glasses and top with nutmeg.
