It’s Almost Barbeque Time! Grilled Teriyaki Burgers
The weather is getting warmer, pretty soon it will be time to fire up the barbeque. I hope you find some recipes you can use out of the ones I am going to add. Don’t forget to look for my cinco de mayo recipes that come from my ex aunt who was from Mexico.
1 pound ground beef
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon crushed ginger root or 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
1 clove garlic crushed
Mix all ingredients. Shape mixture into 4 patties which each are 3/4 inch thick.
Grill patties about 4 inches from medium coals 7 to 8 minutes for medium (my mom puts ours on the barbeque until they are no longer pink in the middle as we don’t like raw or medium meat.) turning once until desired doneness. Serve on toasted buns.
My caption? Ummm, Woody (I called daddy woody even though his name was nowhere near it) I think the burgers are done, you think?
Let’s see what YOU can come up with. I would be very interested to see what you can make up.
One more from me, Woody I want my burger RARE!
