Kahlua for The Holidays!

Recipe.

  • 1 & 1/2 quart vodka
  • 4 Cups boiling water
  • 4 ounces of instant coffee (Taster’s Choice or any instant)
  • 3 and 1/2 ounces of vanilla
  • 8 Cups of sugar

     Pour water over coffee and stir well.  Pour sugar and vanilla into first mixture.     Add vodka and pour into a gallon jar.
     Shake well every day.  Each time you shake the jar, remove cap afterwards to      release built up gas.  Then replace lid.  
     Store in a dark, cool place.  Ready in 15-30 days.
     Makes 3 and 1/2 quarts.  Enjoy!!
