Kiwi Pear Smoothie
Did you know One Serving of KIWIFRUIT contains more potassium than a banana, the vitamin C of two oranges, and all the fiber in the bowl of bran. Kiwi fruit is number one for nutrition and is a most amazing fruit. Try out this fabulous kiwi pear smoothie filled with nutrition.
(Makes 4 servings)
8 oz plain yogurt
1 cup pears, peeled & diced
1 banana, peeled & chunked
1/4 cup honey
1 cup ice cubes
6 green kiwi fruit
Step 1: Combine the yogurt, pears, bananas and honey in a blender.
Step 2: Pulse until smooth.
Step 3: Add ice cubes one at a time and process until smooth.
Step 4: Slice each kiwifruit in half and spoon fruit out into blender.
Step 5: Pulse until just blended.
