Lemon-lime Sherbet Punch

A delicious beverage to serve at a children’s St. Patrick’s Day party.

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. lemon-lime Kool-Aid
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 qt. cold water
  • 46 oz. pineapple juice, chilled
  • 1 qt. ginger ale, chilled
  • 1 pt. lime sherbet, frozen

Method

Mix Kool-Aid, sugar and water together in a large punch bowl. Add chilled pineapple juice and ginger ale, stirring well. Add frozen lime sherbet and stir with a wire whisk until partly melted. Serve immediately.
