Lemon-lime Sherbet Punch
A delicious beverage to serve at a children’s St. Patrick’s Day party.

Ingredients
- 2 pkg. lemon-lime Kool-Aid
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 qt. cold water
- 46 oz. pineapple juice, chilled
- 1 qt. ginger ale, chilled
- 1 pt. lime sherbet, frozen
Method
Mix Kool-Aid, sugar and water together in a large punch bowl. Add chilled pineapple juice and ginger ale, stirring well. Add frozen lime sherbet and stir with a wire whisk until partly melted. Serve immediately.
