” Little Rabbit “! …a Super Green Smoothie !!
To eat healthier try the “Green Smoothies” in your “Raw Foods Diet”!!
The Green Smoothies are full of vitamins, minerals, fibers, and so… easy, fast, simple to prepare!!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 lettuce chopped
- 4 celery sticks sliced
- 1 medium cucumber sliced
- 1 cup spinach leaves chopped
- 3 or 4 Tbs. fresh cut parsley
- * (1 or 2 medium boiled potatoes, well cut in small cubes)
Preparation:
1- Cut and slice all the ingredients.
2- Put first the celery in the blender on low speed.
3- Add: lettuce, cucumber, spinach, parsley in the the blender and start on low speed.
4- When the mix is "smooth" you can drink this Green Smoothie like it in a glass.
* If you want transform that Smoothie Recipe in a good thick consistant soup for your meal: add 1 or 2 boiled potatoes. You can mix the potatoes in the blender with your Smoothie or let the potatoes in little cubes! Serve the soup in a plate then.
