Liver Detoxification is Essential for a Healthy Body

The liver is the organ that deals with detoxification of the body.

Here’s how to do a liver detox 

First, you have to give up fatty foods, alcohol, chocolate and coffee and soft drinks. It affects the liver and demand more widely. Also, fried foods, canned, smoked, foods containing preservatives and dyes, meats and processed meat and sugar are other enemies of the liver. 

Drink more tea 

Normally, it is recommended to drink at least 2 liters of water a day when you follow a detox diet, but there are some teas that stimulates liver cleansing, so choose with confidence for them. Dandelion tea, chamomile, calendula and licorice that are strong allies liver – early morning boil two liters of water to add 5 tablespoons of dried herb and slip after 10 minutes of infusion. 
Drink tea all day without added sugar or other sweetener. 

Eat more fruits and vegetables 

Aapples, pears, grapes, oranges, carrots, tomatoes, etc. – all these foods are extremely beneficial in cleansing the liver, especially if consumed as juice, mixed or such. 

Black radish juice is known for its benefits on the liver, and doctors recommend a cup of juice per day. Radishes squeeze through the blender and drink immediately after preparation.
